There is meeting point of Bali airport ( I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport) When you are arrive at the airport that you will pass the immigration counter just like any other airport. after immigration check are done  you will walk out to parking area but on the way you will see meeting point where many drivers or guide from travel agent company pickup their guest with sign your name. so a lots of people will be waiting their guest, usually the one that is waiting is ; Taxi, car rental, Hotel, villas etc., If you have a Whatsapp application would be easier because you Cal send location real time to  your driver.
