Vehicle Rental Terms & Conditions
Driving License
A valid International Driving License is required for foreign nationals. National Driving License for Indonesian Nationals.
Insurance
Rental rate is inclusive of full coverage insurance for the Rental Car including any damage, theft of the car or any part of it. This insurance is subject to US $350.00 deductible per accident. This deductible is to be paid immediately after an incident.
Rental Duration
Self-driving rental rates are for 24 hours a day. In the event of additional hours after having informed Auto Bali Car Rental, extra hours will be charged at a rate of US $ 5 per-hour. If the extra hour exceeds more than 3 hours after the contract has finished you will be charged for 1 (one) extra day. If you wish to extend use of the car please inform us not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time. The car may be pre-booked by another customer. If the car has not been returned upon the expiry of the Rental period and no explanation has been given, the rental company has the right to report to the police department that the mentioned car is lost, all risk and action taken by police department will be the renter’s responsible.

Rental agreement
- No other person is to drive the car other than the person who has signed the Auto Bali Car Rental agreement. The renter is fully responsible for the car.
- It is not permitted to drive the car outside the island of Bali.
- By completing and sending us the “Reservation Form” we will reserve a car for the requested dates and time.
- Payments and Cancellation: All payments are to be paid in full, in cash upon signing of contract. If renter wishes to return the vehicle prior to end of contract period, a fee of 50% of the remaining days will be charged. One-day rental charge will be charged to renter who cancels their reservation less than 24 hours/on delivery day. Refunds do not apply to insurance.
- Payment made in cash US Dollars, bank-notes year prior 1999 or marked are not accepted.The Banks and Money Changers do not accept them.
- Payment made by Credit Cards. There will be an 3% additional bank charge-administration fees and to be processed in Indonesian Rupiah by law. This payment will be converted at the prevailing bank exchange rate on the day of payment.
